The soundtrack is not something that you are going to be writing home about (perhaps the only failing of Elk here), but you won’t be reaching to mute either.
The Lab slot is easy to jump into
Since this was one of Elk's first slots, they needed to design something that everybody would want to play. This is why they have a low minimum bet of 0.15 and have turned it into a low volatility slot.

What are the Elk slot betting strategies you can use?

You will fall in love with the scatters and free spins
Every time the scatter appears on the reels, which is sadly not that often, all wins on that spin will be doubled. The scatter does not need to be part of the winning combination.
Unlike every other slot game, the scatters don’t trigger the free spins like they do on Sam on the Beach or the Hidden slot.
To trigger free spins, you need to get the 'The Lab' logo over the vortex in the background. Doesn't happen too often, sadly.
If this happens, the first three reels will be 'frozen' into place
They will be shifted two positions to the right. This means that during your free spins, of which you will have around 10 of them (we averaged closer to 8), only the first two reels will spin.
The logo will now be a wild and all wins during this game mode are doubled.
If you are lucky enough to have a scatter locked into place on one of the three reels, then you will be making oodles of cash.
Should you play The Lab slot?
Absolutely. The Lab mobile slots and online game shows that Elk had a commitment to producing unique slots right from the start.
