When we first went to review Weekend in Vegas, we opened it up in a tab and walked away from the computer. When we returned, we had a rocking soundtrack blasting out of our speakers. Nice and jazzy. The theme is definitely brash and bold, but it is certainly better than most of the stuff that pops out of many other Betsoft slots.
The artwork in this Weekend in Vegas video slot captures the city well too. Expect bright colours, a gorgeous background and plenty of flashing lights.
Honestly, this is probably one of the best-designed slots from Betsoft in several years. It doesn’t have the slickness of design from some of the bigger casino game vendors, but it is good enough. It is easy on the eye enough that you will be willing to stick around to win some cash.
Betsoft games have abysmal instructions – as usual
If you play on a mobile device, don't expect to know what is going on. When we reviewed the game on a desktop computer, we could barely read some of the text in the instructions. It’s not much better when it’s shrunk down.
This has been a common issue with Betsoft online games for a while, so we really do not think that they will be correcting it any time soon, which is a shame because it is a major issue and really lets their slot machines down.
If you can read the text, then the instructions are woefully confusing. It took us a while to work out what happens during the bonus round – it would almost be easier to just free play Weekend in Vegas slot machine and wait for the features.
